We may collect personal information, including but not limited to, names, contact details, educational and professional qualifications, and employment history, from candidates during the application process.
2. Use of Information:
The information collected will be used for recruitment and employment purposes only. It may be shared with relevant departments and personnel involved in the recruitment process.
3. Data Security:
We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard candidate information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
4. Data Retention:
Candidate information will be retained for a reasonable period necessary for recruitment purposes. If the candidate is not selected, their data may be retained for future opportunities unless otherwise requested.
5. Third-Party Disclosure:
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer candidate information to outside parties. However, information may be shared with trusted third parties involved in the recruitment process.
Payment Policies
1. Application Process:
The application process for the mentioned job roles will commence on 21st January 2024. The interview/counseling process is scheduled approximately 45 days after the candidate's application submission.
2. Application Charges:
Candidates applying for the following job posts are required to pay the respective application fees:
Divisional Coordinator: Rs 1000/-
District Coordinator: Rs 750/-
Block ANM/GNM: Rs 550/-
Mahila Mitra and Sahayika: Rs 350/-
Computer Operator: Rs 500/-
3. Non-Refundable Fee:
Please note that the application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once paid, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of the outcome of the application or any other circumstances.
4. Examination and Schedule:
The examination date will be finalized at the sole discretion of the organization and may be subject to modification as per organizational requirements. Candidates will be informed of the examination date through the organization's official communication channels.
5. Examination Syllabus and Date:
The syllabus for the examination will be posted on the official website. The final date of the examination will be determined by the organization and communicated to all candidates well in advance.
6. Discretion and Modifications:
The organization reserves the right to finalize the examination date and modify the schedule as necessary. Any changes or modifications to the examination date will be communicated through official channels.
