Role of the Block Coordinator /The Block Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing project activities at the block level. The Block Coordinator works closely with the Project Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring that project activities are implemented according to the project plan, that project staff are trained and supported, and that project resources are used effectively. The Block Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on project progress and communicating with stakeholders at the block level.
